Lots of people complicate the process of making money online. Actually, it is very easy. There are just 3 main steps.
Step #1 – find your market
Deep desperate problem
If you want to make lots of money and get high conversion rates, then the key is to find a group of people with a deep desperate problem, for which people are willing to spend money.
You don’t need to do a keyword research, go to Ebay, forums and so on to find a niche. Just find a group of people which are desperate. A good example might be a woman who is really overweight, or a guy who needs to pay huge bills and don’t have any money.
Don’t go to small markets
This may sound strange, but go to big markets. Select one of these: money, dating, health. Then, select a sub niche. For example, I have chosen money market, and I have chosen make money online niche. Then, choose a sub niche in that sub niche. You may choose traffic generation.
Step #2 – create a product
You absolutely need a product if you want to make lots of money. Why? I haven’t seen even a single truly successful marketer who haven’t created a product…
Don’t create an ebook
Lots of people advice to create an ebook, but it is not the way to go. It takes way too long. It takes really lots of time to write it, edit and do all that other painful stuff.
It’s very easy
Many people think that creating a product is not easy. But it’s really easy. The reason why they think that is they have never created a product… The hardest part is to drive traffic, not to create a product.
Create videos or audios
By creating videos or audios, you will be able to create products several times faster. What I really like about creating these types of products is you almost don’t need to edit them. You just do that and it’s done.
If you want to create a video product, you can use Camtasia, to capture the screen. Just simply make a few slides and record that.
If you decide to create an audio product, just find an expert in your niche and interview him. If you’re not in internet marketing niche, just simply go to Amazon and find authors of books. Usually people agree to be interviewed instantly if you mention that you will sell 1000 of copies by proving it (you may be determined, have some contacts, an email list), because it will give a ton of exposure for them.
If you decide to write
However, if you decide to write, use a voice recognition software. It will make everything faster and easier, but remember, the perceived value of written products is lower.
Step #3 – drive traffic
It is best to get traffic from others who can drive huge amounts of traffic!
Would you like to get traffic from hundreds of different sources just by mastering one? You can do that by recruiting affiliates.
Nobody wants to promote only for 50% or 75% commission
Times have changed and nobody is interested by 50% or 75% commission, so you have to stand out from the crowd somehow.
Secret strategy for recruiting tons of affiliates
The key is to offer incentives on top of 50% or 75% commission. For example: if a marketer has a membership site, you may offer to make a lot of videos or interviews or whatever, for their membership site. If you figured out that a marketer needs some great articles, then go and write several articles and then, ask for a promotion in exchange of commission and articles.
You may do lots of stuff for them, not only create videos, interviews or articles. It may be some sort of technical stuff, like creating graphics, approving blog comments, moderating forum. Just figure out what they need.
Super Advice
You want to get traffic from affiliates passively, so ask them to put a banner on their blog, thank you page, forum. It will be easier, because most people ask for broadcasts. What I really like about this is you will get more traffic and you will get it without lifting a finger, once you have several partners out there!
In conclusion, it is simple to make money if you keep it simple, however, it is not easy. It requires some serious work.

Hello Matt,
This is a good strategy but I think you still have to create a product, audio video or otherwise, that will have demand. You can’t just create some rehashed content and then try to make people to promote it.
I admit that there might be people that would want to promote your product because of the big commissions but in the end people will find out about your bad product and will stop buying it, also they will be careful when you next one will be on the market, eve if it’s super good!

How Matt? Creating product is the harder job as compare to driving traffic because you have loads of loads of options available to get traffic online.

Not so many people create their own products. There is less competition if you create your own products. You can use the power of affiliates.
If you are an affiliate, there is much more competition and you obviously, you cannot use the power of affiliates
Literally, you can create a product and put it on Clickbank and you will make sales without doing anything more – affiliates will take care of it
You can do this with PLR products. However, most people are too lazy to change graphics, sales page, modify a product a little bit. But if you do this, you will make much more money, that’s why I said harder is usually easier
