Tips To Sky Rocket Your Adsense Revenue

If you have ever attempted to make money from your site you must of have heard of Google Adsense. Every newbie who first comes onto the blogging scene has heard that the easiest way to make money from their website is to slap on some ads. They think that by doing that there going to be a millionaire overnight.

Wrong!

You have probably also heard this time and time again “You won’t cant become a millionaire overnight”. No matter how hard you try if you are just starting out that feat is ever rarely achieved.

To make a good killing online your going to need to do more things then just put random ads from Adsense on your site. There are certain tricks that will help you improve your CTR rate immensely. Lets begin!

Blend: The first critical step is to blend in your ads. Please try not to go over the top and show off your creative side. You might be artistic but your visitors will shy away from clicking anything. Look at your blog/website’s link colors. If link’s on your site are blue then make the links in your ads blue. You have to try to make it look like it is a part of your website.

Important: Do not go overboard with blending because your risking getting banned. Google states that your ads cannot look like if they are a part of your content. If you get banned all the money you made will just go back to Google and they have enough of that,so please do not get banned.

Below Post Title: A great technique is to place your ads below your post title. After doing a ton of research this has been proven to increase your CTR by hundreds. You can even put it below the actual post to rack up some more clicks too. When a visitor clicks on your posts they want to know or learn something, so they are in clicking mode. Placing it on the top and bottom of each posts is really good for your CTR because subconsciously they are looking for something to do.

Play Around: Test, test, test. I cannot stress this enough! Play around with the positioning of your ads. You never know, one spot on your site might make or break your income.

SEO: Believe it or not SEO is important. The majority of clicks you will get will come from search engine visitors. It is really vital to make your site SEO friendly and optimize your posts regularly with the best keywords. The more search engine traffic the richer you will be.

Less Is More: Putting more ads does not always mean more money. Remember to not place too many ads on your blog/website because you can also get banned for that. Three ads should be fine.

Even with all the tips I mentioned above it is really key to become your visitor. Get a family or friend and tell them to check out your site. Be right behind them and observe where they tend to look at, click and such.
