This week I’m interviewing Rob Rammuny of Robswebtips. Rob owns a very successful blog about “Internet Lifestyle Blogging”. What I like about his blog is the way he present facts, using his own unique style. Enjoy !!

Would you please tell us something about you and your site?

Rob: I’m Rob Rammuny, 16 year old blogger who enjoys living the Internet Lifestyle. I make a full-time income online from affiliate marketing and also working with my team at Themesheep. My passion is for helping others escape the 9-5 and help them live the lifestyle they want to live. My site Robswebtips is a site dedicated to helping others escape the “Work lifestyle” and enter the “Internet Lifestyle.” I cover ways how to become a better blogger, make money online and follow your passion to achieve your goals.

What got you getting started to build your blog?

Rob: That’s a good question actually. It’s actually quite a long story on how I got started, but in short and simple terms… I started with the questions of “How websites make money online?” and I continue to do research. Shortly after I stumbled upon a site called 2Createawebsite where I was inspired to start my own website and teach others.

How to become a professional blogger?

Rob: I’d say to become a professional blogger you should just have experience and success on the niche you are trying to dominate. You should have authority in your niche and be a credible member of the community.

How long does it take to become a professional blogger?

Rob: I could not give any time frame it takes to become a professional blogger. That totally depends on how long it takes you to build a reputation in your community.

Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?

Rob: Any eBooks I would recommend? I’d recommend Robb Sutton’s Ramped Blogging eBook and also his Ramped Mindset eBook. Also if you are willing to spend some money, I’d highly recommend Blogging to the Bank by Rob Benwell.

What are your methods of marketing for your blog?

Rob: I do guest posts, I promote my site on my Facebook Fan page, my twitter account and I also receive majority of my traffic from readers promoting my site for me.

What did you do when don’t have any idea for blogging?

Rob: When I don’t have ideas for blogging I usually try to take a walk and see if I get hit by some idea of inspiration. If that doesn’t work, usually having a conversation with one of my buddies about blogging always get my head stirring.

Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?

Rob: Nope.

What’s the best way to make money online from blog?

Rob: That totally depends on your audience and business model. Monetizing a blog can be done in many different ways, some chose banner advertising, some choose affiliate marketing, some sell their own products, some offer membership sites and many other concepts.

I don’t sell any products of my own, so I’m an affiliate marketer and that’s how I make money from my blog.

How much money did you got in first month blogging ?

Rob: My first month of blogging, probably no more than $10 and that was from AD Sense.

Which blogs do you regularly read?

Rob: To be honest, I’m not much of a blog reader. I stay constantly connected with a wide group of bloggers and we have live conversations and through those conversations I usually gain all the information I need for that day. The articles I do read are just articles that have caught my eye while browsing around.

What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?

Rob: I’d recommend to blog about something you love. That’s the most important thing about blogging, to do what you love. Another thing to know is that success with blogging does not come over time and it’s going to take a lot of time and a lot of hard work before you see success.

Do you have any product/services which my readers can benefit from?

Rob: I’d highly recommend checking out my Internet Lifestyle eCourse where I guy people step-by-step how to create a profitable blog, make money blogging and live the Internet Lifestyle.

Thanks Rob for the interview :) !

Wow! Great Interview.

I am just hearing Rob is 16. Rob is a great guy and on his blog, he talks with confidence and authority.

He is a nice blogger and I have been able to guest post on his blog twice.

Thanks a lot,
-Onibalusi

BTW: There is an error in the link “promoting” in the following statement “and I also receive majority of my traffic from readers “promoting” my site for me.”

Thanks a lot,
-Onibalusi

Of course it’s one thing to talk about the Internet lifestyle of your dreams, and it’s another thing to actually live it.

So, I was excited to find that Melanie Van Orden had finally launched her much anticipated website about living the “travel lifestyle of your dreams without being filthy rich.”
