This one is a cinch.

If you’re like me you probably automatically redirected each new newsletter subscriber to your thank you page.

The idea here is to add an invitation to the thank you page to follow you on Twitter. It’s the perfect time to do so. You just gained enough of their confidence to subscribe so asking them to follow you on Twitter is a natural next step.

How easy was that?

Method 2. Treasure the Spot of Guest Writer

You know the funny thing about experts? They are never – or rarely – treasured by members of their community closest to them.

What I mean by this is that just because of familiarity, people around an expert start to discount his expertise. It’s crazy but true.

You can combat this by becoming a guest writer for other blogs and websites that are in your niche. All it takes is asking them if they accept guest writers and if they have any guidelines for what is written.

Here’s why it’s easy to write for these blogs and sites as a guest writer:

1. You can easily set your mind to come up with ideas on what to write just by visiting the comments section on these blogs.
2. At the end of what you write, ask them to follow you on Twitter. Give them a good reason to do so.
3. When you tap into your knowledge to respond to the comments, the article flows easily and you realize you do have something to say.

Method 3. Start your own syndicated newspaper.

The third strategy is to syndicate your own online newspaper. It’s easy to do because it is based on a Twitter list, a user, or a keyword. You then select how often you would like it to be created and sent to your Twitters.
